The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee station, allowing you to enjoy light meals and beverages at your convenience. Right by the coffee station, unwind in comfort while enjoying the convenience of a Smart TV for entertainment.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

🌄 Views: Next to our property is an RV storage facility, but the views above that toward the mountain range are still great!

🏡 Shared Space: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
