New Private Cottage with Hot Tub Steps from Garden of the Gods

Welcome to the best of all worlds: a sunny, secluded, private, and newly-built cottage that's also walking distance from Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Only a mile from Manitou Springs. Relax in this two-bedroom cottage with natural light, bright artwork on the walls, and a full, spacious kitchen. A 2-person hot tub is available in the private back patio. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the front or back patios that face the mountains. Deer and rabbits abound. A peaceful cottage central to both hiking and shopping. Privacy fencing around property.

This is a brand new, spacious cottage set behind the main house with sleeping for 3 (though we can accomodate a 4th if they're willing to sleep on the couch). Access is from a dirt road, and we have parking for two cars (please check with us about tall RV's before booking). There is a spacious front patio as well as a private back patio off of the main bedroom.

Sweet Little House

This property provided all the amenities needed to make it feel like home away from home. I appreciated the suitcase holders and ample wall hooks to maximize storage space. The owners were very kind and allowed my 9-year old to jump on their trampoline to burn off some extra energy from the car ride to Colorado Springs. The furnishings such as the couch and beds were super comfy! Would definitely stay again and will be marking this location as a favorite.

Perfect Hideaway in Manitou

This was the perfect little hideaway for my husband and I as we enjoyed our first vacation- just the two of us- in a very long time! Probably the cleanest vacation rental I've stayed in and just big enough for 2 people. Location was perfect for exploring Manitou, Pikes Peak and even a day trip to zipline in Canon City!

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. It is decorated beautifully and had all the extra touches needed for this trip. It is located near Garden Of the Gods and close to the shops and restaurants in Manitou. I had to contact the host for a quick question and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this rental!

Our son and daughter-in-law enjoyed their stay at the cabin and said that it was even better in person! They saw deer on the property and accessed Garden of the Gods trails within walking distance.

me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. the home is cozy, close to the Garden of the Gods, and equipped with everything needed for a long or short stay. itā€™s literally a home away from home! and the color scheme and layout is very demure, very cutesy. when weā€™re in CO again, we plan to stay here again :)ā€¦ very happy campers

Beautiful, new cottage!

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Everything was new, high-quality and in great condition. The bed and furniture were super comfortable! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The pictures are 100% accurate and it's just as cute as the pictures show. I wanted a fragrance-free place and this was really close. There were no heavy fragranced laundry soap or plug-ins which made this place perfect for me. There are two private outdoor spaces with tables and adirondack chairs--one in front and one in the private fenced yard. There was a hot tub, but I didn't use it. There was a large TV with access to several streaming services. The location was fantastic and easy to get to. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Seriously it looks just like a cute backyard guest cottage you'd see in a movie. The hosts thought of everything, right down to robes and slippers. They were super helpful when I missed the turnoff for the cottage. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Well appointed VRBO. We mix eating out with cooking in on our VRBO stays and the kitchen worked well. It was comfortable for sleeping and hanging out with enough seating for family to stop by. Air conditioning helps as July is hot even in Colorado. Overall well done cottage.

What a fun colorful cottage!

We stayed here for two nights while traveling through Colorado. It is close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, where we didnā€™t have to venture into the busy areas of Colorado Springs which was a huge plus! Check-in was incredibly simple, the entrance was private, and the place was clean and inviting when we got there. The host messaged and checked in on us throughout our stay, and even brought over more games that our daughter liked. If we ever make it back to the Pikes Peak area we will try to stay here again!

Happy Place

Cheerful and comfortable accommodations. Great location near Old Colorado City and interstate. Tight parking when backing out of cottage parking space but we had no problem. If you are a heavy packer or donā€™t like to unpack your suitcase you might find the bedroom feel small. Otherwise well stocked in all ways.
