Mountain Luxury and Views Galore Near Palmer Lake

Mountain-town escape in the front-range near Palmer Lake and Perry Park with stunning views overlooking Palmer Divide and the Spruce Mountain Event Center. Nestled on the side of Spruce Mountain with easy access to Spruce Mountain Open Space Trail and many other outdoor adventures. With close proximity to Pike National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park, Larkspur is the perfect home base for your Colorado vacation. Enjoy all this home has to offer plus an abundance of wildlife too.
The space
You'll have 2400 sq ft of private living space on the 1st floor of our 2 story home. The space includes 2 large bedrooms each with their own TV, 2 1/2 granite and tile bathrooms, a full size futon, a separate work space, a family room with a large TV, and a well-equiped gourmet kitchen with a center island for indoor dining. Outside there is a huge patio that includes a brand new grill, fire pit, swing, dining area, bistro table, propane heaters, and edison lights from which to enjoy the INCREDIBLE views. Watch the occassional trains in the distance as they sweep across the valley as if you are in Switzerland.
Other things to note
The space has accessibility options such as a step in whirlpool tub. We have kayaks, bikes, and snow shoes that can be rented upon request. If you have a little one, let us know and we can provide a car seat, stroller, high chair, pack and play, and toys to cover your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 1 to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed. Guests agree to clean up after dogs. Bags will be provided.
No open flames or candles inside or out, except grill, heaters, and firepit. Keep away from wildlife, no food or trash, lock cars.
No extra guests allowed to stay over. Events not allowed, but we are open to discussions. Main concern will be noise, our property, neighbors.

Amazing

We had the best stay. The home was super clean and the owners were SO accommodating. Our two young children were perfectly comfortable in the second bedroom. We enjoyed our dinners on the patio overlooking the beautiful scenery. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Perfect

We came to Colorado for a wedding and luckily found this listing. Not only is the house beautiful, but the view from this property is breathtaking. They have anything and everything you could think of the house ready for when you arrive (they even has relaxing music playing). Beautiful spot for a get away

My friends and I stayed here for a quick New Years get away and can I say it was amazing. The morning view was great, hosts were friendly, and the location is great for traveling between Denver and CO Springs.

Our stay was Amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and Mountain View every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. Quiet and Cozy

I stayed on this beautiful property with my sister and daughters. The swing overlooking the view with my morning coffee was just what was needed to unplug. The bed, the sheets were so so comfy. The views are fantastic. The hosts are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend choosing this home for your next stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful House

We had an amazing time. Alan and Stephanie are great. The house is clean and well stocked. Sitting on the porch swing and looking out over the valley and mountains was a great way to drink coffee every morning. I will miss the view.

Relaxing Stay

West Coast Hiking Trip

Colorado was one of our spots on a Hiking trip this Summer. The place was beautiful, and the mangers of the rental were so nice and very responsive. It wasn’t in the location that we wanted but it was well worth going! Amazing place and amazing people who run it.

Beautiful Property in a gorgeous location

From check in to check out, all was taken care of quickly and with no problems at all. The property is overlooking a beautiful view of the valley and has outdoor chairs and tables so you can enjoy your evening. The property is well appointed with very comfortable chairs and couches to relax in. The bedrooms are very comfortable, one having a queen size bed and the other having a king. There are windows throughout looking out onto the view, yet plenty of window coverings to ensure your privacy. The bathrooms are large with plenty of room. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The property is well away from any noise, yet very easy to get to. The owners worked to make sure we were well taken care in all aspects. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay there and recommend this property without any reservation.

No clothes

Great place, beautiful view. It had no washer/dryer and the owners were clearly hesitant to let us use theirs on the second level. Pretty disappointing to spend that much money and not have access to a basic need. The laundromat was 10 minutes away and 1.5 hours of time away from my family and guests. Won’t stay there again as beautiful as it was.

Great Vacation House

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very very clean, well maintained and has everything we need. We enjoyed spending time outside on the patio with the beautiful view. We also enjoyed chatting with Alan and playing with the dogs. Thank you for a memorable stay! Highly recommended!
