"We rented this home to stay at as my daughter’s wedding venue was close by! Everything about the size of the home was perfect! Only thing was there is not a hot tub like advertised and the group steam shower did not work. The location and views amazing! "

"The house was so clean, spacious, and well designed! Couldn’t be in a better location for walking into town but also ample parking available. The beds were so comfy and showers had great water pressure even with multiple showers going at once! Grill and hot tub were great additions!"

"Perfect location for our day trips to Boulder, Red Rocks and Longmont. Close to breweries and restaurants. We took a nearby train to see a Rockies Game. 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths was perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean and stocked. Hope to return n the future!"

We found hair in the shower, a spider in the sheets under the cover in one of the beds, multiple insects - the house is cluttered. There is excessive amount of furniture everywhere that make walking and enjoying the once difficult - the bathroom situation is difficult. There is only one bathroom (full, downstairs). "Low key stay about 20-30 mins from Red Rocks/Morrison. You aren’t able to control the thermostat, just a vent in the bathroom, but the unit stays very cool. The rock/pebble path leading to the property can be a little rough to walk on. The mattress is a little soft, but I sleep on a very firm one so YMMV. Super cozy couch/living room area and outside patio area. Would stay here again!"
