"A number of things in the room didn’t work. There was a floor lamp that didn’t work at all. It was plugged in and the bulb was fine, but the lamp didn’t work. Also, there was no remote for the TV so I couldn’t watch that at all. The breakfast was not very good and was not kept well stocked throughout breakfast hours.
The good news is that everything was pretty clean and well maintained otherwise. The room was cute and spacious and everything felt very safe. And I found the staff to be pretty...

"We booked this is a stop on a roadtrip and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I was looking for something clean and comfortable but the recent renovations and service made it feel special. The staff called to make sure we knew how to get there and gave suggestions on where we could make a quick grocery stop on the way. The full breakfast had something for everyone and most importantly the comfiest beds! The hotel is not a five star but the staff really were five star!"

"This hotel is simply great. The people are friendly and always make sure to assist promptly. The Buttermilk mountain is the snow garden at the back door of the hotel. The transportation service is great and at disposal at the lobby desk. The bar inside The Home Team BBQ is a nice place to enjoy a wine and the view of the mountain."
