"We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn, convenient for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park and an easy walk to a number of restaurants downtown Alamosa. Cooked to order breakfast included was very good. Only downside was that mattress was not very comfortable (but that’s a personal preference). Staff was very friendly"

"Loved everything about this place! It was so beautiful and luxurious, but really comfortable and relaxing… not pretentious at all! We had cocktails in the speak easy, which was such a fun surprise! Jeremy was the best mixologist and was full of interesting facts about the history of the property .Then dinner in the restaurant… delicious. Our server, Teddy, was the best. The rooms were fantastic! Every detail well thought out… even a steamer for your clothes! Can’t say enough good things about...

"Conveniently located, staff was friendly. The first room I checked into was a little sketchy, but they move me into another room no problem the place this needs a little maintenance. Some of the exterior doors would slam continually. I would stay there again if I passed through there in the future."

"The property is very clean and safe. The staff was so amazing and courteous and kind. Just wish there was some kind of breakfast or at least coffee and water in the lobby. Parking was a little strange behind the hotel only one entrance in and out so the parking was a little further to walk to."
