"Generally good. A few issues:Heat kept getting turned way down on its own and had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back up. Grill ran out of propane and there was no spare tank. The only place to hang up clothing was in the 2nd bedroom. Ended up hanging coats and clothes up on the door knobs. There was no washer or dryer."

"This home was outstanding! The beautiful view of the mountains and the fall colors were breathtaking. The property was visited daily by a herd of 15 mule deer that grazed and bedded down for the night just yards away from the house. A badger and some bunnies were also hanging around. "Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience."
