"The place is spectacular. Absolutely worth it"

"This rental was wonderful! What a peaceful home! It was a perfect get away for me and my husband and dog. I loved how clean the home was and comfortable. It has everything you’ll need as a home base for the greater Sand Dunes area. We will stay here again!"

"The location was terrific as it afforded me easy access to multiple trailheads to nearby 14ers. Major downfall was the cooking supplies could not be used and the cleanliness of the place left a bit to be desired."

"Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful area"

"The property was as described and we found it very cozy and quiet and what we like. Everything you need to cook or grill out was here also. The hot tub got used everyday also. The owners Wayne & Wendy are next door if you need anything. We would like to return since we liked it so much."

"Exactly what we needed to attend a wedding near by. Place stayed cool with fans even in 90 degree weather. Pet friendly and quite with no road noise at all. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Plenty of room for a couple. We didn't cook or grill, but had everything we needed if we had wanted to."

"Wonderful location. It was very secluded but close to town. Very clean and nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of wildlife to see right out the large kitchen window!"

"Loved every detail to the attention given to every detail. We will stay here agsin."

"The floor is very uneven…not up to code I’m sure! Balance was an issue! Not a good fit for older person (or if alcohol is on board)! Close to town and convenient and quiet! Host was informative and explained things well."
