"We had an incredible stay at David’s place! The apartment was well taken care of and in a super convenient location. It was easy to get to downtown with Lyfts or scooters. We were greeted by a very lovable pup, Edward, and the host made himself readily available if we needed anything. "

"This apartment was well maintained, clean, and very well appointed. We used it as a home base for activities and sightseeing nearby. It is also convenient to many restaurants and breweries. It is well-equipped to prepare all your meals there if desired. The hot tub was a nice bonus. "

"This was a perfect location for Old Town in every way. Beneath us was a coffee shop. We had an oversized garage where we easily fit a Yukon. For out-of-towners, this location is an easy 10 minute walk from New Belgium Brewing and just off Old Town Square. It would be hard to find a property more “in the heart of Old Town.” The property itself was fantastic. It was very close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which have quaint little shops. quiet neighborhood, Comfortable beds, and sufficiently stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Correspondence with the owner was timely. Cant say enough good things about the home. would definitely stay again."
