The south-facing, bright, 80 sqm apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of our well-kept holiday home, surrounded by nature and conveniently located to Cologne. It has a separate entrance and a beautiful balcony, from which one can enjoy the magnificent distant view of Cologne city with the cathedral and the rural, green surroundings. Free WiFi access and a car parking space directly at the house are available.

The kitchen for self-catering has a modern kitchenette with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven with 4-ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, cafissimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as a cozy dining area for 6 people with a view of the countryside.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen with satellite connection, a comfortable sofa bed with slatted base for pleasant sleeping comfort, a living area with two leather sofas, a sofa bed and a water single bed.
The sleeping area offers a high-quality box spring double bed, an additional French single bed, a wardrobe with full-length mirror and a chest of drawers.
There is a built-in closet in the spacious, naturally illuminated and ventilated bathroom with shower / bathtub and glass partition. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are available.
The furnished large south-facing balcony with wooden floor invites you to relax with a distant view of the landmark of Cologne.
All windows have shutters.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments.
