In the heart of downtown Colmar, this 93m² accommodation has been completely renovated in the spring of 2023. Ideal for a family stay, with friends, for a weekend, vacation, or work.



It consists of:

a living room space (with a double sofa bed) dining room with an equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed,

a bathroom with bathtub,

a separate toilet,



The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The public Montagne Verte parking lot is located 5 minutes walking from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to reserve private parking spaces in the building's basement (maximum height of 1m80) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in the building's basement.



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you best during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be available,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

free WIFI connection

This housing is compatible with Shabbat religious practices.



The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
