"Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. "

"Bom dia, a minha estadia realmente nao foi das melhores, á chegada o recepcionista nada simpatico nem se esforçou para perceber o que eu dizia. Apenas me deu um tiket com um valor de 173£ o que fiquei sem saber a que se referia tal valor. Reservei 4 noites com cama de casal e com sofá, o sofá nem sequer consegui abrir, ou seja dormi desconfortavelmente num sofa minusculo. A sorte mesmo foi no dia seguinte que reparei que havia outro recepcionista com o nome de Cosmin, que para minha surpresa e...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout our visit. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection. We would happily stay here again. "

"This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime,...

"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."
