"The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the ."

"Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again"

"Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay"

"The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking."

"Very nice, its an older build but has been brought back to life and If I’m in the area I would stay again for sure. Located 1 min walk to shops, brewery’s, pizza and the mule bar! Very clean and had everything I would need! 👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks Josh"

"Left front burner on the stove was left on. Minimal amount of silverware. Example. 2 forks 2 spoons. No stopper for kitchen sink nor dish detergent to clean dishes. Batteries in TV remote were both dead and corroded. Host offered to bring remote. It was faster to get them ourselves Air Conditioner was very basic with no temperature controls and hard to regulate. No tissues or writing materials. Requested several times to get an early check in since we were going to be in area between 12 and 2....

"Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you."

"This renovated apartment was perfect. I have stayed several times in Burlington and this will be my go to unit. The space was perfect for myself and my husband. Super comfortable King bed and pillows. The full-sized washer and dryer was a bonus. You won't go wrong booking this unit."
