"Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back."

"Marvelous staff, location and menu. We would definitely stay again and again"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected."

"Good base which welcomes visitors with dogs (pre booked in their garden rooms) and a 2 min walk to the local train station. Easy (and cheap) train ride to Cromer if you don’t fancy the beach walk - which I do recommend you do - then train back!"

"Lovely and friendly, directly on the beach a perfect get away"

"Excellent breakfast and great view from the restaurant. Reception staff"

"Everything was so fantastic, the staff were very helpful, the food was amazing. Excellent place. We will definitely be back."

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

"Great idea of the hamper with goodies for breakfast. The generosity of these goodies kept us going for hours! Excellent and caring staff who were so friendly and kind."

"my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again."

"Excelente custo benefício. Esse hotel é localizado em um "retail park" próximo a um supermercado ASDA com posto de combustíveis e apresenta estacionamento gratuito. Os funcionários são cordiais e o quarto muito claro e confortável. Café da manhã simples porém saboroso ao estilo Holiday inn express. O restaurante funciona das 18:30 às 21:30 e apresenta diversos pratos rápidos a um preço acessível."

"The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay"
