"It was a cute and clean place. It seemed to be run down a tad, but nothing horrible. There was a lamp that was hanging on by it’s wires, the coffee grinder didn’t work, and there was a fence open in the back yard that was full of weeds and trash, which was unappealing and interesting. Air filter for the a/c was noticeably dirty and not cleaned.Overall it was decent and nothing bad, just needs some attention."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great with lots of good food and things to do nearby. The back deck was such a nice spot to sit with my morning coffee, and the backyard had enough space for my boys to play hacky sack and hang out.We had a little mishap with the door code due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, but Kellie was incredibly prompt and helpful getting us back in. She was kind throughout the whole interaction, and I never once felt like a nuisance...

"This is a darling home well accommodated for guests. It is well stocked with linens, nice shower and really comfortable beds. It has a generous living room area with very good seating, and a nice cozy reading nook off the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking items and alot of good spices available. The outdoor sitting area is wonderful, private, and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. This is a really nice rental property."
