"On arrival the owners insisted on meeting us even though it was the early hours of the morning and this personal touch continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If we wanted information about local amenities or friendly advice they were always available. The villa was exceptionally well maintained. The poolside was beautifully kept with enough chairs, beds floatables for my grandchildren to use. We were a family of 9 ranging from the ages of 4 -80 and each and every one of us...

"Our stay was fantastic. From the friendly welcome when we arrived, to the moment we left - we really felt at home. Small added touches like cling film and extra suncream, rubber ring and pool noodles were really appreciated! The villa is well equipped, comfortable and private. "Just spent 10 days at this villa and had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for more with everything we needed being there. The little touches including the basics you need without having to shop on arrival (including a massive bag of fresh oranges) were gratefully received. The pool was such a good size and both adults and kids alike had fun. The only surprise, considering everything else was sorted for us was that the owners couldn’t arrange better weather……only kidding, the weather gods...

"Cliff is a super host, great communication from initial booking to check out. The property is so big you can get lost in it. Decent spec and beautiful location, a little bit away from peurto banus, and about 30 minutes taxi from marbella old town. Taxis are cheap and easy to access from bolt/uber. Would recommend this property to anyone, and will be sure to stay again."

"My friends and I have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely our favourite's. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend."

"De prachtig gelegen finca heeft een super mooi uitzicht en is ruim van opzet. Bij hoge temperaturen kun je overal fijn in de schaduw komen. Het huis is mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. "Stayed 3 nights for a 50th birthday. Mixed ages from 18 to 72 years. We had the most amazing time making memories. Sten was a brilliant host, villa had everything you could possibly need and more. Top tip, take a photo of the outside name of the villa for taxis as some confusion over the correct address. Also larger party get separate snalled buses as we did have to walk up hill with cases. Thank Sten for an unbelievable villa and memories i will treasure forever"

"Our family of 9 including 3 small children enjoyed having so much space in the beautiful garden surrounding this villa. The weather in early April,although sunny, was cool and we were glad, therefore, that one of the pools could be heated, as this was the main attraction for the children especialy. This meant a very short walk to the beautiful lower pool next to the excellent main tennis courts. The villa itself is charming and full of character with plenty of space for the whole family,...

"Magnifique maison, bel espace de vie , grande cuisine, belle piscine. Nous aurions aimé savoir à l’avance que la locataire du bas avait 2 chiens qui aboient. Il y avait des travaux de construction à côté mais la propriétaire a su nous accommoder suite à notre remarque. La dame qui nous recevait était très professionnelle et elle autant que la propriétaire ont été très collaboratives et dévouées. Merci."
