Holiday home on the outskirts of Coin, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This charming traditional Spanish house, full of character, offers spacious accommodation and magnificent outdoor facilities with far-reaching views over the Andalusia countryside. Set in substantial grounds, the property is in a very peaceful area yet is only a short drive to all the amenities you need in and around the small town of Coín. It is also possible for the reasonably agile to walk into town and to a popular local bar/restaurant.

Sleeping up to six, the house features one single floor. The spacious, double-height living room has ample comfortable seating and a dining area, and there's also a second reception room/study for anyone who wants to spend some quiet time on their own. Attached to the living room, is a large, very well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher and American style fridge and freezer. Completing the accommodation is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (where you will find one bathtub and one shower) and two twin bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with a shower.

Two bedrooms and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The lovely outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool with Roman steps, a great "summer kitchen" with barbecue, a poolside shower room, and plenty of terraces for relaxing and eating al fresco, both in the sun and the shade. Garden furniture and sunbeds are provided.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
