The Space:
Farmhouse 1 at Coffs by Tiny Away is just 10 minutes from the coastal city of Coffs Harbour in Boambee East. It’s a peaceful getaway surrounded by lush greenery and a man-made dam. This tiny house sits next to Boambee Creek, with a walking and cycling path leading to Sawtell Beach and Coffs Harbour Waterfront.

Explore nearby attractions like the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House, The Big Banana Fun Park, and the Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve. Spot koalas in the riverbank trees and enjoy the countryside setting away from the city.

A cozy 139-square-foot accommodation in Coff's charming holiday homes, offering easyaccess to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Farmhouse 2 at Coffs," available with 24 hours' notice in advance.

The distance between the two holiday homes are about 100 meters and they are visually separated by trees etc.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, with the exception of the main residence and the garages. Please do not access Boambee Creek from the property, as there is no proper access.

Farmhouse 1 at Coffs by Tiny Away is located just 10 minutes from Coffs Harbour, in the suburbs of Boambee East. The ideal tiny home, providing a laid-back, local vibe where guests can fully immerse themselves in the seaside experience.

While Coffs Harbour is known for its coastal charm and outdoor attractions, the farm stay's close proximity to the Waterfall Way and the Solitary Islands Marine Park places it in the heart of diverse natural landscapes.

Our local recommendations:

- Sawtell Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, and relaxing. The beach is patrolled daily from September to April, offering safe conditions for visitors. Sailors Bay provides sheltered waters, rock pools, and a boat ramp at the southern end.
- The Coffs Harbour Butterfly House offers a unique experience where visitors can stroll through an indoor subtropical rainforest filled with Australian butterflies. Watch as they flutter, court, and rest while showcasing their colorful patterns.
- The Big Banana Fun Park in Coffs Harbour offers a variety of attractions for all ages. Eenjoy thrilling activities such as toboggan rides, mini-golf, laser tag, and water slides, along with a 4D movie experience.
- The Forest Sky Pier at Niigi Niigi - Sealy Lookout offers stunning views of Coffs Harbour and the coastline. Explore the surrounding rainforest or enjoy the nearby Gumgali Track, which shares the Gumbaynggirr story through sculptures and sound.

- The closest airport is Coffs Harbour Airport, about a 15-minute drive from the property.
- Direct flights are available from major cities like Sydney and Brisbane.

Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is not available
- Firewood provided for free
- Two bottles of drinking water every day is provided free of charge.
- Gas BBQ grill is available
- Highway noise is minimal at night
- Smoking is allowed on the property
- There is a friendly dog on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Be cautious when entering and exiting the property as you transition from an 80km/h zone
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/property, as horses are on the farm

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

It was a good experience for a tiny house. The location is close to Coffs Harbour Town. The house was spotless and in good condition! Even though it was a Tiny House, everything was adequate. Host was very friendly and accommodating!
