Ben and Kate were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The unit is modern and extremely well equipped. The proximity to the centre of town and the beach is an added bonus.

Great location close to the beach and Main Street of Sawtell. Easy walk to Boambee Creek and headland walk which was awesome. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. The bathroom was also nicely renovated. We would stay again. Thanks for having us!!

This was a great place to stay on our way up to The Sunshine Coast. The host provided us with a spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to stay for a couple of nights as we (4 adults) explored the area. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a stay in Sawtell or Coffs Harbour area.

I booked this trip at very short notice, it was by chance it was available after reading other reviews and most certainly us everything I read and more. Engagement by the host was phenomenal before I even arrived. The place was in a great location and only a very quick walk to pubs, beach and some of the best coffee shops I have experienced. The facilities within the house are meticulously maintained and clean. It had all the amenities a family needs to a beach stay.I definitely would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time, the location is excellent. Only downside, and this is from my husband, he is over 6 feet tall and the beds in the 2nd bedroom have an end on it and being as tall as he is, his feet hit the end of the bed and he couldn’t get comfortable. To me, haha, first world problems but that was ‘his’ only issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property.

Right on the Beach...

Spacious, two-bedroom condo, well-positioned for Sawtell's Main Beach and a five minute walk to the Main Street with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accomodation is well-appointed, with comfortable queen-size beds, bathroom, attractive sitting and dining area for six people. The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and laundry facilities. My only (small) grumble was the lack of serious heating - as we stayed in June, evenings could be chilly, although the owner supplied two fan heaters for the duration of our stay. All in all a delightful base for a stress free holiday!

Fantastic location, very modern decor everything we needed for a weeks stay, beds very comfortable but could do with some heating, we found the nights a tad cool, and shower was fantastic and roomy but possible heat light needed for winter nights, we stayed in June. Overall highly recommend.

Perfect Beachside Getaway in Sawtell

Our stay at this fabulous two-bedroom apartment in Sawtell, New South Wales was one to remember! The property is an absolute gem, located opposite the beautiful Sawtell beach. Waking up to the sound of waves was a lovely way to start the day.The apartment itself is cleverly designed and spans two levels, offering plenty of space and privacy. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The bathroom is equally impressive, with contemporary fixtures and fittings. One of the highlights of our stay was the apartment's proximity to the town centre. A short, flat stroll took us to the heart of Sawtell, where we discovered a delightful array of cafes and restaurants. The convenience of having everything at our doorstep made our holiday truly effortless and enjoyable.We cannot praise the host enough for their professionalism and responsiveness. From the moment we booked the apartment to the end of our stay, they were attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.In summary, this two-bedroom apartment in Sawtell is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Perfect choice for a seaside holiday in Sunny Sawtell

The location was perfect- close to the beach, beautiful cafes, restaurants, shops and sporting activities. The property was spotless, tastefully decorated and ample supplies of necessities. Ben and Kaye were the perfect hosts- organised, approachable and very accomodating to our needs. We cannot recommend the Hosts and this property highly enough- we have already booked for our next holiday. Bec and John
