"The property itself was clean and really cute. The neighborhood was not desirable but not the property's fault. Boat dock needs work, but we weren't using it so not a problem with our stay. Sitting on the porch enjoying the lake was a definite plus."

"The house was great, plenty of space and beautiful views. Everything we needed was there, the house was fully stocked with dishes, towels and linens. Check in and out process was very easy. The grass needed to be mowed and there were aunts and wasps on the porches and boat dock, an easy fix and maybe just overlooked the timing of our stay. Would recommend this place for a family weekend getaway. "

"This is a great place to stay. We had 3 couples and a dog and were in the area for a baby shower. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. I will definitely book her again if I need to stay in the area. It's about a 30 minute drive to Tyler. "

"We loved staying here, it was my 50th birthday and we were able to spend it with our children and grand kids. It was so quaint, and very clean as well as there was a lot of room and the backyard was very clean. There were a couple of downsides, one: the water pressure and temperature in the shower left a little to be desired, and we were only given 1 trash bag to use so when it was full we had to go and get grocery sacks. "Well decorated cottage with great backyard for dogs. We stayed here for a horse show and the kitchen was appointed. Host was communicative and helpful. "
