"Wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and just a short drive from Dauphin Island—perfect for soaking up the sun. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the unique design of the home, which made our experience even more special."

"The condo was great! The property was super nice and close to the beach. Our only complaint was the pools. Both indoor and outdoor pools were in need of a good cleaning. The filters were not working and there was quite a bit of hair and debris while using either pool. Same garbage sitting poolside for days at a time. "

"We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Really enjoyed the Peachy Keen house! Great property, close to the pool and just a short walk further to the beach! Was great for our large mixed family gathering - the house even had baby gates to put up on the stairs for the little ones. Plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs, A/C worked great. What more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend!"

"We had three families: 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5-yr old for almost a week. In one word, our stay (and this property) was PERFECT! And Doug and Rose were great hosts - excellent communication.As the name "Steps to the Beach" suggests, the beach is quite accessible. Direct 200-300 ft walk from the corner of the house. Peaceful.The adults took the three king bedrooms (each with a nice bathroom); the 3 boys took the room with the bunks, which has bathroom also accessible from the common living...

"Perfect location, away from all the crowds. Took our mini-dachshund and had three days of fun and sun. Only a short walk from the Gulf and gulf views fromthe kitchen table and deck. Cooked out steaks on the charcoal grill. Very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owners and easy check in and check out. "
