With stunning interior living spaces that are matched by the ample and gracious outdoor living areas and breathtaking natural beauty, this home is an ideal place for your next escape to Vancouver Island.

Driving up to the double garage, the elegant landscaping and lush surroundings creates an ambience of tranquil retreat in this quiet, upscale neighbourhood.

Just off the welcoming, sun-soaked foyer as you enter the home you'll find two of the four bedrooms providing guests staying in these rooms with large windows that look out on the front yard and privacy from the main living spaces.

Walking through to the main living area, guests will find impressive, shiplap cathedral ceilings, a large formal living area, dining area, chefs kitchen and breathtaking floor to ceiling windows with property and ocean views.

In the living area, you'll find comfortable, modern furniture, high end accents, a full entertainment system and stunning decorative free-standing stove.

In the formal dining area, you'll find an extendable, oval, oak table and elegant upholstered dining chairs all centered under a chic sputnik chandelier. The dining table accommodates up to eight guests to allow you and your party to enjoy elegant home dining with an ocean view.

The beautiful, fully stocked chefs kitchen with bright maple cabinets, flecked countertops and high-end appliances is an incredible space for guests to create homemade meals and offers ample space for more than one person to work in the kitchen simultaneously.

With an enormous skylight above, this kitchen is bathed in natural light in every season and is also outfitted with custom lighting to ensure that no matter what you're making, you'll be able to do so with ease.

The laundry room off the living room provides an extra fridge, generous storage and counter space as well as high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Down a short hallway off the living room, guests will find the primary and secondary bedrooms both immaculately decorated with high-end modern furnishings and luxurious linens.

The lush, deep blue of the primary bedroom creates a rich, enveloping atmosphere and is the perfect backdrop for the elegant furniture.

Simple and chic mid-century modern furniture is balanced by the softness of the upholstered bed frame creating a space where you can find respite and relaxation. With a private three piece ensuite that includes a large walk-in shower and double, high-end vessel sinks gives primary suite guests privacy for daytime and nighttime ablutions.

The secondary bedroom is decorated in light neutrals with a comfortable queen-sized bed, high-end linens and small workspace for privacy.

The main three piece bathroom offers a luxurious, marble shower room, single vessel sink and excellent lighting.

The two bedrooms off the foyer provide guests an assortment of sleeping situations one bedroom outfitted with comfortable twin beds and ample storage and the other, a queen-sized bed and generous workspace.

In addition to the main living spaces, this incredible home offers guests a fully equipped lower-level games area and separate office outbuilding.

On the lower level, guests will find an extensive entertainment area with an informal lounge and a separate gym room to stay fit during your stay.

The lounge has plush leather furniture, solid coffee table and gas fireplace perfect for cozying up to enjoy your favourite streaming services. Directly behind the lounge, guests will find a casual bar, miniature foosball table, a full sized ping pong table and separate casual seating area for when you're in between sets.

When you're staying at this beautiful home on Cherry Point, you'll find that the outdoor living is as impressive and extensive as the indoor living. With five distinct outdoor areas to enjoy, this home is a dream-come-true for family getaways and larger groups all year round.

Beginning at the front of the home, the patio here offers guests a modern, casual fire bowl with comfortable Adirondack chairs, separate from the rest of the outdoor living spaces and providing a peaceful reprieve when needed.

Take a short walk through the outdoor walkway and relish the warmth and relaxation of the outdoor formal lounge area. Complete with a modern shelf fireplace, plush outdoor lounge seating as well as table side seating, this patio is the perfect place for a glass of wine, a long chat and stargazing beside the fire.

Directly behind the fireside lounge patio, you will find the perfect place for socializing and sunbathing. With a full outdoor seating set and two chaise lounges, this is a great spot to kick back and watch the sunset over the water or bask in the summertime heat.

Adjacent to this patio, you will find the chef-worthy outdoor kitchen and dining area that provides guests the opportunity to show off their grilling skills on the large inset barbeque or serve up authentic Italian pizza in the wood fired pizza oven while others keep you company at the four person bar seating and dine alfresco at the rustic eight-seat outdoor dining table.

On the lower level of the property, just above the beach there is a casual fireside seating area with bright, comfortable, Adirondack chairs, an elevated fire bowl and an incredible view.

Just at the back of the property you'll find a private path that leads to a sandy beach where you can spend your days beachcombing, relaxing, or reflecting.

While you may not ever want to leave this incredible property, the beauty of the Cowichan Valley shouldn't be missed!

Within minutes of the home there is incredible hiking and outdoor adventures, markets, amenities and most notably the beautiful village of Cowichan Bay. At this true seaside village you'll find boutiques, bakeries, artist studios, eco tourism and incredible restaurants where you'll find some of the best and freshest seafood on the Island.

If you're looking to explore the Cowichan Valley with a few hikes, you cant go wrong choosing one of the challenging trails on Cobble Hill Mountain, Mount Tzouhalem or Old Baldy Mountain where you can find easy forest trails around the perimeter and challenging climbs to the top. Victoria is only 45 minutes away by car where you can find a bustling Island city, incredible shopping, historical architecture, attractions and more!

Or go north and visit the nearby town of Duncan to stroll through the heritage downtown area and find incredible bookstores, toy stores, clothing, restaurants and a plethora of Coast Salish art.
