"What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature.
Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! "

I recently stayed at your Northlake location from April 4th to April 7th and wanted to share feedback regarding my experience.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The water from the shower was brown, the kitchen exhaust fan grill had been removed and left in the sink, and I encountered a cockroach crawling in the kitchen area. I reported these concerns to the front desk at the time, and while a note was taken, there was no follow-up during my stay.
