"Clean room , friendly staff and great location for Wrexham football game."

"Beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms. At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal."

Sat around for 30 minutes while I waited for it to be confirmed as ready, but the man on the desk was so kind and polite and apologised profusely, and had exceptional customer service. "Beautiful area"

"The hotel was very good, excellent family room, pub and restaurant."

"I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area."
