The staff are so friendly, helpful and very cheery, including the house cleaners, waitresses, receptionists and bar staff. We stayed in room 4 on the upper floor and loved it as it's very spacious, clean and has a comfy bed. Our breakfasts and meals at night were so tasty and we loved the large portions. "This hotel is a good option for those traveling by car in Edinburgh. Comfortable room, good size. Good bathroom. Kind and attentive service. But if you are traveling in the summer, think carefully, as there is no air conditioning in the room. "
