Didn’t Get A Chance

I didn’t get a chance to stay at this property because nobody contacted me to let me know that it wasn’t available. I had booked this property several months prior to our stay. My payment was taken in full at the time of the booking. Absolutely no communication from this company until I was on my way down there to ask what the code was to get in, then received a call saying that the property wasn’t available because air conditioning units were being installed. I was told I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience, but haven’t heard a word back from anybody!!! I have reached out several times and, nobody and, I mean nobody, got back with me! I would appreciate it to be treated better than this and expect someone to get in touch with me. I have booked many VRBO’s in the past and have NEVER experienced an issue like this. This company, MY GROUP, needs to get its act together! Very disappointed…

PERFECT!

This was a great place to stay - location was very convenient, the property has lots of amenities especially if you stay long term like we did. Dry cleaning pick up, mail room, and good restaurants close by just to mention a few. The management staff was readily available to help with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, modern and outfitted with everything we needed. We will definitely rent here again!

Cute and clean

This cute apartment was everything. The check in and check out process was easy and no hassle. Thanks to my host Svitlana, you were awesome. The minute you walk in the apartment it was just refreshing. Everything was clean and in place. I felt safe and comfortable, almost like I was home. I would definitely stay here again.
