"Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again."

Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,"

Camas sem roupa trocada, sem limpeza na casa de banho, sem toalhas e sem papel. Em tempos de pandemia e um mau exemplo. Não consegui ficar no alojamento. Não recomendo de modo nenhum. "

"Love the Portland Guest House, fantastic location for wide choice of restaurants in the town. The place is always spotless and the staff are so friendly. Entry is now via key box system and breakfast has moved over to Continental only. This still offers a good choice of food and drinks. Defo recommend the place."

"Helpful staff.Room equipped with microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, hair dryer. Ironing board available upon request. Lovely and plentiful breakfast with yogurt, milk, fruit juices, bread, cereals, croissants, fresh and canned fruit, cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, bottled water, jam, cheese, ham, pork pies, and so on."

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."
