"Loved the location and property!"

"Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

"This place is perfect in the heart of Indian Rocks just a few blocks off the beach with bars and restaurants close. It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with our family!"

"Beautiful condo on the water in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk from the beach and all the fun and food you can stand, pool, spa and a dock are icing on the cake. Highly recommended. The only slight blemish is the main bedroom, both my wife and i are tall and slim, the full bed is too small for us. A king bed would fit easily into the room."

"Family vacation and wow what a fabulous property. Very clean, updated interior selections, full size appliances with washer and dryer which was very convenient. Wonderful entertainment and lots of fun was had - will definitely be back!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The directions to find the unit were a little challenging and we arrive super late so that didn’t help. But that was the only hiccup the whole time! Unit was very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated… towels provided, etc. The location is amazing! Walkable restaurants, the beach, CVS, etc. we had a great time and will be back!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vistas! The location was great and we loved being right on the beach with access to an outdoor shower, splash pad, and pool. The parking was convenient with close proximity to the elevator. The unit was clean and had all the necessities that made our stay great."

"We arrived to find a very clean condo, in a very nice building, with a heated pool, and a great view of the beach and the gulf. The location is amazing. Over a two week period we walked to restaurants and ice cream shops, almost everyday. Additionally, the drive to catch Spring Training games in Clearwater and Dunedin were well under 30 minutes. We hope we will be able to stay here again."

"This was a last minute staycation and they were more than accommodating even allowing for a late checkout so we can enjoy the beach the next day. Brigit was out check in agent and she was sooo nice and informative. There was also a male and female room attendant and we didnt get their names but so welcoming and had a smile. Everything was so nice and clean towels actually smell good and we're folded so nicely throughout the unit. We will definitely be booking again."

"It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect."
