"The room had everuthing we needed. I booked a room with a pool view and when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised by having a partial view of the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away which was great. Got to see some wonderful sunsets. Pool was amazing. "

"Wanted a short beach vaca and Blue Water #1 in Indian Beach Florida. Very clean with easy access to the beach, plenty of places to eat close by, and surprisingly quiet for the proximity to Gulf Blvd. Definitely would stay there again!! "

"We had a wonderful stay here. It is easy to walk to the beach and there are great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The place comfortably fit our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. There was beach gear that came in handy (umbrellas, chairs, toys). It was a great area to stay, and while there were regularly people on the beach, it wasn’t too crowded. "

"Love this location!! Our 3rd year staying in this rental & we love it here. Super simple & affordable, quiet neighborhood. Only a blocks walk to the beach & one of the best Cuban sandwiches around. Hope to see you again next summer "

"Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably. "

"Love the many available parking spots in front, and on the side of the building! The check-in was easy and the communication was quick!The king bed is very comfortable! The AC was artic! We had to turn it down to 78. The place was spotless, and the unit offered beach noodles, chairs, and and cart!We have 0 compliants! When you walk out the door, you cross the very small parking lot to access the beach. 30 steps . . . . maybe! Perfectly situated. "

"Adorei minha estadia. O local é exatamente igual as fotos. Quando chegamos estava com cheiro de limpeza. As toalhas de banho e roupas de cama novas, de excelente qualidade. O sofá-cama, é do tamanho queen, muito confortável. Louças e utensílios de cozinha, tudo novo. Tem o básico pra preparar café da manhã, lanches rápidos. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente."

"My 5 night stay was great and the rental is as described.Host was very quick to reply to requests and polite! Perfect for a couple.I would stay here again."

"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"I booked this for my birthday weekend and we had such a great time! It was right across from the beach so that made it easy to set up our spot in the mornings. It was also in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! The room was clean and the perfect size for us to stay the weekend. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it! "

"Would be an excellent choice if it wasn't so so outdated. The location is awesome, the beach amazing. The bar and patio area are much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The rooms have nice beds, good shower and pillows and lining. But the overall look of the decoration, walls etc bring you back to the 80's.....the layout is from a roadside motel, with outside corridors and the only window that one on the side of the entrance door. Front desk is also very old and outdated. Hopefully some fund will agree to invest a few hundred million dollars on a revamp of the property and bring it back to full glory Also please be aware of the quite high resort daily fee."
