Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people were working the desk. I didn't use pool, but it look clean (outside) Parking was in a gated lot the fence needs some repain in places."

Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street."

"I arrived with a confirmed reservation for a room with two queen beds for my family of four. I had even called the hotel days earlier to reconfirm the room type. Despite this, the hotel assigned us a room with only one bed and never informed us of any issue at check‑in. We only discovered the problem after entering the room. When I returned to the front desk, the staff admitted that all 2‑bed rooms were already occupied and blamed Expedia for “incorrect availability.” Regardless of the excuse,...

"May not look great on the outside but my room was clean, modern enough and quiet."

"The beds were hard, no microwave in the room, the hallways smelled like mildew, the toilet paper was 1 ply, the parking lot was small, breakfast was subpar, but the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff was accommodating and worked to get me a ground-floor room. I made a mistake when booking the room and accidentally selected a smoking room. There was only one non-smoking room left on the ground floor, and it was an upgrade. The staff worked with me on the price so that I could get that room. The room and property were clean. There was ample parking. Only a short drive to downtown Aiken with its shops and restaurants."
