"This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. "Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. "

"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross.
