"The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. We did not make use of the pool or common areas but found the porch a very welcoming spot for early morning coffee and relaxation. The smell of the trellising honeysuckle a bonus. We found the location perfect for visiting Clearwater, Dunedin and Palm Harbor (visit Molly Goodheads for seafood!). We found the host to be an excellent communicator, always courteous with prompt replies and providing useful information to ensure a wonderful stay. ...

"Parking is great and location to walk to local restaurants/bars/shopping. We were told we could use the pool if we arrived early, which we did get there 3 hours ealry and would've went to the pool,but there was no access to a restroom so we walked around until the room was ready right at 3pm. "

"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. Tried several times to contact property manager but radio silence. Gave us no option on a place to shower or did not move us to another room with the proper facilities.
