"This is the perfect location. It is a quieter location with quick-walk access to the beach, restaurants, and all of the fun things in Clearwater. The proximity to Dunedin and St Pete was also amazing. Andrew was quick to respond to any question that we had. We can’t wait to return!"

"Host subsituted a different unit that did not have a full stove, only a cooktop. While VRBO compensated partial cost of the unit, as the host was unresponsive, it took 3 hours of phone time to walk through the steps to resolve. Also the pool was filthy with leaves on the bottom, flowing on top and piled on the sides. Once reported, the next morning the pool was clean and remained clean for our stay. Inside the Unit was clean but no place to hang towels in bathroom, bedroom or kitchen. ...

"Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, set up a little beach camp with all the toys and chairs provided. It was our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be back again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were attentive and stocked the apt. with a starter of supplies. It was nice to come back and relax inside or on the balcony. It's only a couple of blocks to the ocean and on the quieter side of the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here as it is very nice inside and safe to walk at any time of the day or night. If you have the time and like walking, this property is next to really nice neighborhoods. Publix is across the bay...

"Nice room, good location, but if you have a problem with your room and send a messages and emails , you will get response 2 days later , i was without wifi the whole time there, i hope if there is a broken water pipe flooding the room the response will be faster"
