"We stayed for three days, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working for approximately two of them. The indoor temperature reached about 84°F. The host was responsive initially, but a technician was not able to come out until approximately 5:00 PM on our final night. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the delay significantly affected our stay. We had to adjust our plans around the repair, and because the home was occupied entirely by women, having a maintenance...

"This location is ideal to experience Clearwater Beach. You can walk to restaurants and activities and the beach is just a few steps down the street. The home was quiet and well appointed. You can walk north and it is quiet and calm and south is all the activities you would expect at the beach. Joe contacted me before I arrived to ensure I had a smooth check-in, and after arriving to see if I had any questions or needed help with anything. He was very nice and I would return without a doubt."
