"Foi uma excelente experiência me hospedar neste hotel. A pousada estava toda decorada para o natal e os funcionários foram muito prestativos. Eles oferecem das 5pm - 7pm um "happy hour" com queijos e três tipos de vinhos. Foi uma delicia ficar perto da lareira conversando e tomando um vinho. Depois por volta das 8pm, deixaram na porta do quarto uma cestinha com um papel onde informava a previsão do tempo do dia seguinte e cookies fresquinhos recém assados. Ponto alto também para o café da manhã....

"Excellent location for downtown Springfield. We really enjoyed our stay. Just for a FYI, the shower and sink in Room 822 could use some work. Shower is weak, sink stopper is broken. "
"Everything was great! Service was very friendly. Great location to all of the attractions downtown. Only downside was we found ants in our room, not an infestation at all but we did find an ant in our room on four different occasions. Maybe they were due to have the exterminator come? Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again."
"The room was in great shape, bed comfortable, shower and bathroom very nice, tv worked great. I used the bistro bar in the front everyday for breakfast and coffee. Closely located to main thoroughfare and restaurants. I will stay there again when I come to visit again."

"Great place to stay....just down the road from my son and his families home. Mom and I traveled to Springfield to meet our granddaughter. We stayed 6 nights and then I came back for another 4 days 2 weeks later. I stayed again. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast (included) was great! I would recommend Comfort Suites near Route 66 to anyone wanting to stay overnight during traveling or if Springfield, IL as your destination, this would be a good place...
