The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

Down the hallway from the kitchen is a fabulous, heated game room in the garage. The room is equipped with a comfortable sectional, ping pong table, card table, and a large TV and a PS4 Game Console (some games are provided).

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a King Bed, TV, and beautifully appointed master bath. The walk-in tile shower is spa inspired with a rain shower head, two wall shower heads, and two wall jets.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a King Bed with a guest bath just outside the bedroom door. The second bedroom is a Master Suite with 2 Queen Beds and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom is an ideal spot for the kids and has 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and two pull-out Twin trundle beds.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.
