The suana bath was unexpectedly nice to have and I was hooked to it. We missed the pool since it wasn't open yet but would probably be back for it another time."

This retreat is in the perfect location, we could walk to the lodge, easy to get to walking trails, Swiftwater cellars is close by (the New Years Eve wedding was there). "Fabulous sleeping arrangements. Living area - not enough comfortable seating for all but we went with the flow and some laid on floor for movie night. Some things listed in kitchen were not there but we made due. Location can not be beat and house was lit and warm upon early arrival. Would stay again, but guests should know its old and has its uniqueness. Not in a bad way, but in an old creeky low ceilinged niche way ❤️"

"Wow! What a perfect house for a big group. We loved the kids room, game room, and all the ample space. it's nice that many rooms are en suite. The view is unmatchable. The hot tub and sauna are a big win. We would only add that you can hear noise from all the rooms. So unless everyone is quiet and going to bed at the same time, you might want white noise machines or ear plugs!"
