The Space:

From the moment you step inside, this mountain retreat captivates with its sense of refined grandeur. Twenty-foot vaulted ceilings soar overhead, framed by rich, exposed wood beams that lend a sense of architectural artistry to every corner. It's a home designed with intention — spacious enough to bring family and friends together in comfort, yet layered with quiet, elegant spaces to retreat to when you crave a moment of your own.



At the heart of the house, the chef's gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end, high-tech appliances and a massive island, perfect for cooking alongside friends and family or setting out a spread for the group. The dining table seats 10, making it easy to host a full sit-down meal, while the adjoining great room — anchored by a striking fireplace and 80-inch smart TV — invites everyone to gather and unwind after a day of mountain adventures.



For entertainment, the dedicated media room is a true showstopper, featuring a 140-inch projector screen paired with individual recliner seating for the ultimate home theater experience — ideal for movie marathons or big-game watch parties.



Sleeping arrangements are just as thoughtfully designed. All six bedrooms include their own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. Several bedrooms feature king beds, perfect for couples, while a dedicated bunk room with built-in bunk beds adds space and character for kids or larger groups.

Guests will have full access to the entire home including the private suite. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to your arrival for seamless self-check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. The home includes parking up to five cars in the driveway. Please note: no street parking is permitted or parking on vegetation.
