Our boutique, full service company is committed to providing stellar guest experiences and raising the bar for the vacation rental industry. Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.

The Space

VIBE - Located between holes 13 and 14 on Suncadia's Prospector golf course, this luxury mountain retreat was thoughtfully designed for families and groups looking to reconnect, relax, and play. Think modern mountain lodge meets elevated family getaway, with golf course views, designer finishes, an incredible bunk room, and entertainment for every age.

MAIN FLOOR - The heart of the home features an open-concept great room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. Just outside, enjoy the outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and golf course views. This floor also includes the primary king suite with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, plus a convenient powder room.

2ND FLOOR - Upstairs you'll find a cozy loft workspace, a second king suite with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a spacious bunk room that sleeps up to 8 guests. Kids will love the built-in bunk cubbies, Smart TV, Xbox, and dedicated hangout space. A full hallway bathroom with double sinks serves the upstairs bedrooms.

GARAGE GAME ROOM - Rain or shine, the fun continues in the garage game room featuring a professional foosball table, mini basketball, mini golf, board games, and a reading library. It's the perfect spot for friendly competition after a day of hiking, golfing, or exploring.


**No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center**

SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS
You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access

Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

FAQs
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs are permitted for additional fees. Pet policies are found in our house rules and guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
