This tastefully decorated, 2,600 sq. ft. home features a very comfortable open-concept great room with a large sectional and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 50” TV with Cable.

Just a few steps off the great room is a private covered patio with fabulous golf course views, a gas fire pit, private hot tub, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered patio makes it a great spot to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a large, granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
