The lodge features three ensuite king bedrooms plus a self-contained suite with its own entrance, fireplace, TV, and kitchenette. Hand built by the family who owns it, every detail reflects craftsmanship, warmth, and a personal touch. And when the morning sun rises over the mountains, lighting up the fairway and private yard, it’s a moment you’ll never forget.

IS THE AREA SAFE?

▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

The Talcott Timber Lodge is located within Suncadia Resort which is known for its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.



This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. * Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which are reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-Star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
