"This rental went above and beyond our expectations. The house is much nicer and bigger in person. The amenities are extraordinary. You 1,000% get what you pay for and then some! 10 out of 10 recommend and we will be back! "

"The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5."

"Nestled in trees, quiet, peaceful area. Loved the hammocks under the trees! The lake can be seen through the trees, but no close access to the water. Kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of clean towels & paper goods. Bedding was clean and comfy. Enjoyed all the windows and the view. It was enjoyable to on the deck. Great weekend stay with girlfriends! "

"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

The property was even better than described—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and country charm. It felt welcoming and peaceful from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the nearby trails, the lake with kayaks, and the hot tub—such a fun and relaxing way to explore a new side of Manhattan. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay here...

The kitchen and living areas are sizable and open and very comfortable for several people. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee makers, dishware, pots & pans, glassware, etc. We cooked breakfast there each morning and the space allowed the cooks to easily make preparations.
