"We personally would not stay here again. Our room had an odor and was not clean. We never had access to internet in our room , no one seemed to care. It was really hard to even get a few pieces of Ice out of the ice machine. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep. The TV, it would work one minute and fade out the next..we were on vacation and decided to not to pursue wasting time on all of the issues , just not going back."

"Steve (the host) was a GEM! He was so accommodating when my partner and I were attending a wedding nearby (but were running late), and got us into our room quickly. The property was immaculate, cozy, and. the grounds were so well maintained (plus, the AC was frigid). We'd love to come back!"

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"250 Main is a lovely hotel. Dog friendly, beautiful local art displayed, rooftop views, complimentary snacks at breakfast, and early evening. "My friends and I stayed at the farm on our way from Bar harbor to Portland. We loved staying on Denise and Bruce’s farm and would recommend it to anyone! It is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants and you can’t beat the hospitality. Loved our time so much."
