"Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them. "Great room with large kitchen including laundry, living room and dining area, plus 2 bedrooms. Our room had a HUGE balcony off of it with dining table. So nice. The rooftop restaurant/bar was awesome! We had some drinks and enjoyed complimenting snacks and the kids loved the massage chairs. Special spot. The pool was awesome! "

"Custo benefício muito bom. Hotel bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso e apesar de antigo, tem comodidade de um apart-hotel. Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e prestativo. O problema é a limpeza. Quase inexistente. Praticamente só trocam as toalhas e arrumam a cama. O minimo de limpar e/ou lavar o banheiro não é executado."
