Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

It is perfectly positioned, a stone's throw from the water's edge, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Situated in the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, our lodge is perfectly placed. We're just a 15-minute drive from Bibury Burton on the Water and all the Cotswold villages.

The lodge has a great lakeside view There are 2 bedrooms: The master Bedroom has a king-size bed with en suite shower/toilet and a walk-in Dressing room/Wardrobe The twin room has 2 single beds with additional storage The kitchen is fully equipped with, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machine as well as other small appliances such as Kettle, Toaster and Microwave.
You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking)

Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
