"Host was great with communication leading up. Place met and exceeded our expectations. Nice short walk to the center of Bibury and it’s beauty. Would make a great hub for a multi-day stay"

"Stayed here with a group of friends. Really comfortable house, great outside space, well equipped. We’ve stayed at several different properties around the Cotswold Lakes and would definitely choose to return to this one."

"The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!"

"The house was in very good condition, well equipped and spacious for our group. It is close to facilities such as the spa, gym, tennis courts and swimming pools."

"First time we have stayed, we had a lovely time. The accommodation was great beds comfortable living room with balcony a real treat and enough options to entertain for a peaceful long weekend. Thanks"

"We have just retuned from 80-81 Windrush Lake and had an enjoyable stay. The place is spacious and clean, furniture is a little tired in areas but it is a rental. Orion provided amazing service when we wanted to reduce temp of hot tub and it was checked midway through our stay. Second year i’ve used Orion and I’d use them again. Thank you."

"This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. We had the indoor swimming pool included in our deal but unfortunately it was closed on the first day so we only managed to use it once. We went to the outdoor pool...

"We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. Having the Swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities on site was a huge advantage as it felt safe to let the...

"We recently stayed at Isis lake 84 , for 9 night with the family .. we had a fabulous stay the lodge was ideal for the 7 of us . The bedrooms very clean and a perfect size . Downstairs bedroom had an en-suite , there are 3 bedrooms upstairs we one family bathroom and the master bedroom had another en-suite .. The lodge is based on a very quiet park of the complex so it’s very peaceful , it’s a 5 walk up to play park and very close to the lakes where there are plenty of water sports . As...

"Wow, we had a fantastic 6 night stay in a luxury lodge, with an amazing view. We’ll certainly be back"

"Lovely place, highly recommend. Will definitely be returning in the summer time with the whole family"

"We stayed here for a birthday celebration, fantastic home and facilities everything we needed. Wonderful spot - excellent service from Orion holidays form booking to check out. Fantastic communication and fantastic time away - we will be back. Thank you"

"The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday."

"Excellent accommodation for our family stay. We hrld a party night in venue 80/81 which accommodated everyone. It was a great evening."

"A beautiful, spacious , well equipped lodge in a lovely, tranquil location with stunning view of the lake. We all enjoyed watching the swans and moorhens nurturing their young , only a few meters away. Hired paddle boards and had a great time All enjoyed our time there ( including the dog)."

"Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours. The only negative for the estate is the lack of parking - each property generally...

"A beautiful location over looking a lake, well equipped and plenty of space for eight of us. We spent our time on the decking barbecue, paddle boarding which we hired for the day. My only cry was the beds are too hard very uncomfortable to sleep in but otherwise we had an amazing stay"
