"What a great night at the Catherine wheel. We met Debbie when we checked in and she was so warm and friendly she made everything very easy for us. The room was clean, modern and very quaint. The food was outstanding in the restaurant with a good menu selection. There were 11 of us for dinner and you could tell everything was fresh and home made the pie was especially incredible. Thank you Catherine wheel we will be back again!! "

"Beautiful room ! Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with everything you needed for your stay, including slippers !
Warm bathroom with hot water which you might think goes without saying, but the previous night we stayed in a hotel without either of those things.
Parking onsite which was such a bonus.
Lovely freshly cooked breakfast.
Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. We had a beautiful courtyard room which in the summer would be lovely to sit outside.
Very good value for money. Wouldn’t...

"Very cozy room in a historic house, best bed and shower from our trip. Breakfast was delicious. No TV, but instead , a lot of great books. I love the details of the decorations specially the ones in the living room. Close to restaurant ."

"Really friendly and welcoming host with tea and freshly baked cake. Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also had freshly baked muffins. You won't go wrong by staying here!"

"Owners extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant . There was an issue with the shower head which was immediately fixed . It felt being home away from home, very quiet neighborhood . Very convenient to stay if anyone is going to RIAT ."

"Mark and Mona were amazing hosts. Both so welcoming and chatty. The breakfast had a varied range and was absolutely delicious. The cleanliness was exemplar, absolutely stunning honeymoon room, bathroom with underfloor heating was so lovely with fluffy towels.
Would love to come stay again! "
