"The Manor house was a lovely convenient hotel for an evening at The ICC came back and went to The Cellar bar which was lovely too. Biggest disappointment was getting ready in the evening and standing in a cold shower before getting ready for an evening out or shower in the morning before breakfast, then to be told in the morning when spoke with reception staff the boiler was not working in the evening or morning, some communication about this would have been nice."

"A very pleasant stay Room was lovely"

"Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast"

"Clean room location and breakfast plus parking"

"Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon."

"Great location. Great staff. Breakfast selection good, but finishes too early for staying on holiday, so missed some breakfasts. Some issues with bathroom: towel rail/radiator not working, extraction fan not working & strong smell of drains."

"Quarto espaçoso, simples, silencioso e confortável. Há lances de escada, mas com ajuda dos funcionários para levar as malas. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas com possibilidade de pagar para acrescentar produtos. O hotel fica em uma localização excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, de restaurantes e de lojas. A cidade é bastante agradável. Valeu muito conhecer."

"Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room"

"Excelente local para se hospedar em Cardiff. Bom café da manhã incluído na reserva e estacionamento pago £10 por dia. Instalações nova e práticas, com cozinha."

"The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee."

"Quarto limpo, time prestativo, desconto de 20% no delicioso restaurante em frente, ótimo custo benefício."

"All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by."

"O checkin do hotel 16h e checkout 11. O hotel nos leva 5h das 24. Um absurdo. Não é hotel aria é pernoite"
