"Amazing English Breakfast and clean room"

"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. "

"There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows couldn’t be widely opened. Therefore, I have had to sleep in a quite hot environment for 6 nights. Other than that, room’s size was good, staff was friendly and the location was amazing. "

"Não conseguia falar com o front desk, ninguém atendia a ligação de telefone. A televisão do quarto não funcionou. Pedi para consertarem e ninguém foi ao quarto fazer o reparo e fiquei no quarto aguardando. As outras coisas do hotel são boas."
