"We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!"

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable.
