The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had no hot water had maintenance already working on fixing the issue. ..."

"All rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Entire hotel smells like smoke. Staff was very courteous and letting me try to pick a room that was better but they all had smoke. Bed was very uncomfortable pillows also smelled of heavy smoke. No hot water and one of my bathrooms even after calling maintenance ..."

"I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool.."

"Hotel bom. Quarto amplo e confortável. Muito próximo dos dois estádios (baseball e football). Próximo do Riverside. Tinha bastante obra de infraestrutura na redondeza. Localização boa para conhecer de carro as atrações ao redor de Cincinnati."
